A Hatha style Yoga class that aims to restore and strengthen the body, mind and soul.
Shelley completed her 350hr Yoga teacher training course at Surya Yoga & Meditation Studio.
Fridays 10-11am 16th July-17th Sep
Cost $120 or $15 casual (10 weeks)
