Come and enjoy these meditative, flowing & powerful exercises that will increase lung capacity, strengthen and soothe the nervous system and improve your overall wellbeing. Beginners welcome. Please wear flat comfy shoes and bring a water bottle. Teacher Kirsten McCulloch is a Certified Ziran Qigong instructor and member of WTQA.
