Selby Community House raises funds for the development of programs and projects that engage the community of Selby and the Yarra Ranges.

We are partly funded for some of our projects, however the funding provided by community donations will help us further develop projects that will provide for the community.

The money you donate will assist in the development of our projects, which you can learn more about on this page.

You have the option to donate to a specific project; our future projects are listed below.
We also have provided examples of past projects that were developed with the assistance of community donations.

How to donate:

Tax deductible donations can now be made to the following Selby Community House projects (and do tell us if you have an idea for another project).

Making your donation (and receiving your receipt for tax purposes) is easy.  Simply go to https://publicfundanhca.formstack.com/forms/donation (or follow the ‘Donate’ button above), noting your personal details as well as specifying “Selby Community House” and the name of your preferred project.  The payment process is straightforward.

On the receipt of your donation we will ask if your donation is anonymous or to be acknowledged.  If you have selected to be acknowledged, your name will be carved onto a plaque and installed next to the project as an official donor.  You will also be recognised through our communications, and a thank you in our Annual Report and on our Website.

Examples of past projects:

We have had various projects that have been funded by private donations, including our Wombalana Wild Garden.

Wombalana Wild Garden

In Wombalana, our nature play space gives kids the chance to get lost in the wonder of nature, with dry creek beds, mazes, a mud kitchen, tunnels, mounds and natural treehouses. Kids are encouraged to run, jump, play, learn, and discover the wild side of life.
